These simple traditional style studios are situated within a five minute walk of Megali Amos beach and a ten minute stroll down the hill to the heart of Skiathos town with its many shops, bars, restaurants and famous bustling harbour. The Alekos' location makes it an ideal base to discover the several beautiful beaches that Skiathos has to offer.
Skiathos is a small island and is quite hilly, with many parts covered by pine woods. The best sandy beaches lie along the south coast, while the north coast offers dramatic cliffs and secluded coves, accessible only from the sea. Skiathos has a warm Mediterranean climate. In the summer the days are dry and hot, although often relieved by stiff breezes.

Important Information
Due to the location of this accommodation it cannot be accessed by coach. Guests will be dropped off at the closest possible point and then there is a short walk to the accommodation. Luggage will be delivered to Taxiarchis Hotel near to Alekos separately by a luggage truck. On return, your luggage will be left at a pick up point at the property and is collected by the luggage truck and taken to the entrance of the departure terminal where you will be dropped on arrival at the airport to collect your luggage.
