Things To Do
Karlovassi Festival - Usually held around mid-June, the Karlovassi Festival is a Greek street art festival that showcases local Greek art. It also has interactive workshops, live music, and a powder-paint party to end the celebrations.
Kerkis Mountain - a 1,433-metre-high extinct volcano that you can hike up and enjoy the highest point of Samos. The terrain is rocky, and the hike can be physically demanding. Alternatively, you can still go up the mountain by car and visit some of the villages and try some of the local cuisine, such as loukoumades, which are doughnuts served with honey.
