Main restaurant 'Ambrosia', part of which has sea view, offering an American buffet breakfast (with a diabetic corner), sumptuous dinner buffet with traditional & Greek cuisine, theme evening and gala dinner (without supplement) and a mini children's corner. The taverna 'Athena' adjacent to the sea side pool offers a large selection of snacks and a variety of Greek & international dishes for lunch. Dress code: smart casual (long trousers for men).

Meals: Breakfast buffet (07:15-10:00), lunch buffet (12:30-14:00) and dinner buffet with show cooking (18:30-21:30) all at the main 'Ambrosia' restaurant. Three theme-night buffets per week (Mediterranean, Italian and Gala). Taverna 'Athena' à la carte restaurant with Greek, Italian and Fish menus is open 5 days a week (June to September) from 19:30-21:15 (reservations required)
Snacks: Hot and cold snacks from 11:00-17:00 and coffee time biscuits and pastries from 16:00-17:00 at 'Athena' next to the sea-side pool.
Drinks: Lunch and dinner include soft drinks, fruit juices, local draught beer, mineral water, local wine and tea. Unlimited local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available from the main 'Bacchus' bar (18:00-00:00), the beach 'Pelagos' bar (10:00-02:00, weather permitting), the 'Poseidon' bar (10:00-18:00, weather permitting) and Taverna 'Athena' (10:00-18:00).
Drinks served after midnight are not included in the All Inclusive programme and are payable locally.
Children: Children food is included in the main buffet. Children's playground and the 'Cinderella' mini club (ages 4-12).
